In this session, the speakers will relate the experiences of applying XP principles on large, complicated and sometimes distributed projects. After years as a lead developer on XP project one gains tremendous insight into how each of the practices add value and how they interact with one another. There are also negative results of not following the practices and one can often predict future issues based on this.
